Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: All BROW and LIP appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit that goes towards the full procedure. If you wish to cancel and or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us 48 hours prior to your initial appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

IF you reschedule more than once, another $50 deposit is required.

LATE POLICY: If you are going to be late for your appointment, please text and notify us as soon as possible. Please note that if there is another appointment right after you, the time you are late will be cut from your time, and not the time of the next client. If you are late more than 20 minutes, we will need to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.

LASH FILL POLICY: Lashes need to have at least 40-50% USABLE LASHES to be considered a fill. Book according to the last time you had a fill. There is an option to book for 2-3 weeks of your last fill or 3-4 weeks. Anything over 4 weeks is charged a full set.

Foreign fills are subject to an extra $20 on the first fill.

BROW POLICY: If you have had your brows done before, please directly message me and let me know when you had them done last and send me a bare picture of your brows.

BROW TOUCH- UP: You are responsible for booking your $50 touch-up that is included with 8 weeks post procedure. Please book within 6 weeks to 8 weeks as you will need your brows to heal more before the touch up.

LIPS POLICY: If you have had your lips done before, please directly message me and let me know when you had them done last and send me a bare picture of your lips.

LIPS TOUCH- UP: You are responsible for booking your $50 touch-up that is included with 8 weeks post procedure. Please book within 6 to 8 weeks as you will need your lips to heal more before the touch up.
